A: Customers can apply for order cancellation or information modification within twelve hours after successful payment, provided that the order has not been sorted, packaged, and dispatched by the warehouse team. Once the packaging and shipping process starts, orders cannot be modified or canceled to ensure standardized logistics arrangement and orderly overall order management. 

A: If the received sneakers, casual shoes, or leather shoes have upper scratches, sole cracks, stitching defects, missing accessories, or other transit damage problems, customers need to submit feedback and provide real product and outer packaging photos within forty-eight hours after delivery. We will quickly verify the actual situation and provide targeted solutions in accordance with the official return and exchange policy.

A: Domestic orders take four to seven business days for delivery after warehouse processing, while international orders take ten to eighteen business days due to customs clearance procedures and cross-border logistics scheduling. After shipment, the system will automatically send an exclusive tracking number, through which customers can check real-time logistics transit status and delivery progress online anytime.
